Avant de commencer la séance d’hypnose pour hypnobates en herbe, nous commencerons par l’histoire, le conte, pour bien définir ce qu’est l’hypnose, ce qu’elle n’est pas.
L’hypnose est un état de conscience pareil à celui qui précède le sommeil. Ce n’est pas le sommeil, on ne dort pas. Mais on se sent comme sur le point de s’endormir, sur le point de rêver. Un peu comme dans les transports en commun, les matins en classe sardine, et ou on tente de regagner un peu de dignité en se dissociant de notre condition. Pendant le trajet, nous ne sommes plus là mais ailleurs dans notre esprit… Il s’agit d’un état hypnagogique tout simple. Sans danger.
Il faudra bien préciser aux participants que ce n’est pas du spectacle. Ce sera ma responsabilité. Il faudra que tous comprennent que ce n’est pas dangereux, que l’hypnotiseur n’est pas en contrôle des hypnobates, que les hypnobates gardent le contrôle de ce qu’ils font et qu’ils n’oublient rien, qu’il pourront se réveiller à volonté, qu’ils ne seront pas paralysés.
Évidemment, si quelqu’un se présente avec des enjeux psychologiques, il faudra l’encadrer et le référer à des ressources. Mais le but de la séance du 30 septembre ne sera pas de faire de la psychothérapie, ou d’offrir des services de psychologie. Le but sera de faire une démonstration simple de ce qu’est l’hypnose et l’auto-hypnose appliquée à notre condition quotidienne.

La musophobie ou l'arachnophobie sont des peurs extrêmes pouvant se traiter par l'hypnose
Le musophobie est la crainte exagérée des rats et des souris. La vue d’un rat ne provoque pas seulement une surprise momentanée, mais une peur si intense et obsessive qu’elle peut pousser celui ou celle qui en souffre à éviter complètement les endroits de rencontre potentiel avec ces petites bêtes.

Détente hypnotique: Cette détente hypnotique utilise les principes généraux de l'hypnose
Cette détente hypnotique utilise les principes généraux de l'hypnose pour induire, à travers ses suggestions et métaphores, une détente musculaire profonde qui à son tour produit un effet calmant sur le cerveau. Il est recommandé de fermer les yeux pendant l'audition, mais les paysages fleuris et les images de nuages viennent appuyer et renforcer le climat de détente pour ceux qui préfèrent garder les yeux ouverts.
